Are there any hotels in Ocean City, MD or Dewey Beach, DE that don't have a 2 night minimum on weekends?

I just want to stay Saturday night with friends, but cannot find a hotel that will just let me stay one night, they all have a 2-night minumum - are there any out there that don't?
