Can anyone tell me when the UFC schedule is available for 2012?

My husband is a big UFC fan and would like to go to a fight next year in Vegas but I can't find the schedule anywhere. Is there a certain that it comes out? I just want to make sure to schedule everything in advance, not necessairly get the tickets yet but just when the dates are so i at least know when to book the hotel and all.
