What alcoholic drinks are yummy?

I want to make a dinner for my family and I want to serve alcoholic beverages. I want to make some yummy drinks but I don't really drink so that's where you come in.... Ive have made a drink before that everyone liked. I don't know what its called but I put coconut parrot bay, pineapple juice, and orange juice. I don't want drinks that are very strong I want there to be alcohol but subtle tasting... Does anyone know any good drinks?
