I think my friend is being abused at home (yes its long)?

ok her name is toni shes 14 and shes in foster care because her dad died when she was a baby 'cause he had lung cancer and her mama was shot right in front of her face...when she was 12 so shes been in foster care 4 2 years . like on the bus her hair was covering up her eye but i saw it from the side and she had a black eye and she had a busted lip. she id very timid and dis trustful of people like when someone she dont know speaks to her she looks like her eyes are about to jump out of her face .shes always in the counsiler office and i saw one of the meeting thru the window and i saw her crying brefly.also i think she might be a lesbian because i heard her say she HATEe me because of what her foster dad did 2 her (idk if it means shes been molested of whAT) I been knowing tomi sinse the 6th grade and never have i seen her so low in my life exept from when toni's mother was shot im worried she might commit suicide and shes said her foster mom said shes a "dirty litte *****" that"wont be nothing"
