I would love to start my own label or brand of alcohol one day a bottle to be exact.. how can I go about that?

Also what is required like what legal and financial steps do I need to take to create my own alcoholic beverage? Also my name is Eve what would be a good name for a drink , I was thinking maybe Evo or Devoo any advice? Thanks
