What would be the best type of shoe I should buy for work?

I work in an amusement park with food and beverage so I stand and walk around a lot. I need to buy new shoes and I'm just wondering if you know what would be the best type of shoes I should get? My feet start to hurt just after a few hours. Just wondering what you would recommend.
